While Pompano Beach's victory against Cooper City wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Golden Tornadoes narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Cowboys 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Golden Tornadoes have posted since September 17, 2024.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (110-105) Pompano Beach actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 26-24, 27-25, 20-25, 15-11.
