Basketball Recap: Honaker Takes a Loss

Honaker was the 52-23 winner over Rural Retreat when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Honaker Tigers took a blow against the Rural Retreat Indians on Tuesday, falling 74-35. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Honaker's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Rural Retreat, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-14.

Honaker will square off against Holston at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rural Retreat, they will welcome Northwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
