Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lone Jack). They never let the Knob Noster Panthers get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Monday. Ethan Carpenter was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Lone Jack's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Knob Noster, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lone Jack will face off against Faith Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Knob Noster, they will square off against Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
