Basketball Game Preview: Furlow Charter School Falcons vs. Marion County Eagles

Furlow Charter School hasn't had much luck against Marion County recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The two teams will face off at 6:30 p.m. without much rest having both just played. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Furlow Charter School is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 40th straight game dating back to last season on Monday. They took a blow against Chattahoochee County, falling 87-24. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 580th, while the Panthers are ranked 237th).

Meanwhile, Marion County suffered their closest defeat since January 7th on Monday. They fell just short of Schley County by a score of 47-44. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Furlow Charter School's loss dropped their record down to 0-21. As for Marion County, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-13.
