Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Interstate 35). Everything went their way against the Moulton-Udell Eagles on Thursday as they made off with an 18-2 win. Considering the Roadrunners have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Interstate 35's third in a row) raised their record to 16-6. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Moulton-Udell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Interstate 35 didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-5 victory against Albia on the 8th. Moulton-Udell has also already played their next contest (against Twin Cedars), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
