Softball Recap: Utica Eisenhower Comes Up Short

Utica Eisenhower lost against Romeo back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles fell 6-2 to the Bulldogs.

Utica Eisenhower has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Romeo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Utica Eisenhower is set to square off against their familiar foe Chippewa Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Romeo will take on rival Grosse Pointe North at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
