Excelsior Classical Academy had to settle for second on Friday, but Tyler Hill sure wasn't going down easily. Hill turned in his biggest game of the season, putting up 18 points along with eight boards and eight steals. That's the most points he has posted since back in February of 2024.

Coming up, Hill and Excelsior Classical Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Roxboro Community at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Flying Lions had to take a loss when they last met the Bulldogs, but Hill had little to do with the loss: he dropped a double-double with ten points and 13 rebounds.
