Baseball Recap: Waurika Comes Up Short

Waurika was the 10-2 winner over Ringling when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 6-5 on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waurika's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Ringling, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-10.

Coming up, Waurika will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Bray-Doyle at 6:00 p.m. As for Ringling, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, an 11-3 loss against Lexington on the 12th.
