Softball Recap: Kaufman Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Kaufman's offense. They came up short against the Crandall Pirates on Friday, falling 10-0. The Lions just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Kaufman's record now sits at 10-13-1. As for Crandall, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kaufman is set to square off against their familiar foe Terrell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Crandall will challenge rival Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
