Coolidge put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They slipped by the Western Albemarle Warriors 50-49. The 50-point effort marked the Colts' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Coolidge's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Marshea Fisher led the charge by putting up ten points along with six boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Josslyn Derricott, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds.

Coolidge smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 27 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in nine consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Coolidge's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Western Albemarle, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coolidge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 77-36 win against DuPont on the 15th. Western Albemarle will take on Goochland in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
