Volleyball Recap: Minneapolis Takes a Loss

The Minneapolis Lions didn't have quite enough to beat the Lakin Broncs on Monday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Minneapolis sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-8, 19-25, 25-16.

Minneapolis' loss dropped their record down to 16-16-2. As for Lakin, their win was their 13th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 32-4.

Minneapolis has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Norton on the 20th. As for Lakin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Lyons on the 20th.
