Softball Preview: Paradise Honors Panthers vs. Moon Valley Rockets        
        
		
            
 The Paradise Honors Panthers will head out on the road to  take on  the Moon Valley Rockets at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
 Paradise Honors is probably headed into the  contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Greenway just ended the team's  eight-game winning streak  on Monday. They fell  5-2 to the Demons.
 Paradise Honors saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Anice Upshaw, who  got on base  in all three of her plate appearances with a  double.  Pressley Fought was another key contributor,  going 2-for-4 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 Even though they lost, Paradise Honors was hitting in the alleys and  finished the game with three  doubles. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Greenway didn't  hit any.
 Meanwhile, sadly, Moon Valley is still looking for their first win of the season after 17  matchups. They suffered a  rough 18-5 defeat at the hands of Shadow Mountain  on Monday.
 Paradise Honors' loss  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 18-9. As for Moon Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-17.
 Paradise Honors took their  victory against Moon Valley  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2023 by a conclusive  15-0. Will Paradise Honors repeat their success,  or does  Moon Valley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
