Basketball Recap: Cement Comes Up Short

Cement lost against Sterling back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cement Bulldogs came up short against the Sterling Tigers, falling 53-33. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cement's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Sterling, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cement will welcome Empire at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Empire will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Cement surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sterling, they will be playing at home against Apache at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
