Football Recap: Aliceville Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Aliceville's offense. They were outmatched by the Vincent Yellow Jackets and fell 27-0. If the Yellowjackets were looking for revenge after losing 30-14 to the Yellow Jackets when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Vincent to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jayden Roberts, who rushed for 171 yards and one TD while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Roberts is now averaging an impressive 102.7 rushing yards per game. Landon Archer was another key player, rushing for 31 yards and one touchdown.

Aliceville's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Vincent, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
