Baseball Game Preview: Independence Wildcats vs. Mantachie Mustangs + Official Tickets

The Independence Wildcats will challenge the Mantachie Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Independence has eight straight wins, Mantachie has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Independence's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Greater Praise Christian Academy as they made off with a 15-0 victory. Independence's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Mantachie, their loss dropped their record down to 6-18.
