            Volleyball Recap: Francis Parker Lancers vs. Cathedral Catholic Dons        
        
		
        
        
            Francis Parker had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Cathedral Catholic on Friday. The Lancers were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Dons. The Lancers not only won  on Friday, but they posted their biggest win  since March 21st (when they won  3-0).
 While Francis Parker won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16,  29-27.
 Francis Parker was led to victory by  Adam Fox and  Ethan Brigger.  Fox  had 19 assists and five  digs, while  Brigger  had nine  digs and two  aces. Fox is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as he's  now  posted 16 or more in each of the last four games he's  played.

The Lancers will  take on  La Jolla  at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday with a big rank  advantage  (37 vs. 132). Meanwhile,  Cathedral Catholic (ranked 27th) will meet Rancho Bernardo (ranked 427th)  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
