Football Recap: Legacy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Legacy's last matchup with Foothill could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Friday. The Longhorns had to suffer through a 37-7 loss at the hands of the Falcons. The Longhorns haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

JaeLynn Love- Carter threw for 65 yards and one TD. Ky'Ree Perkins was his top target, picking up 28 receiving yards. On the ground, Zaione Henderson rushed for 71 yards.

Foothill's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryder Dobbs, who threw for 209 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 passes. Another player making a difference was Anthony Taylor, who gained 98 total yards and two touchdowns.

Legacy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Foothill, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Legacy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 30-20 loss against Palo Verde on the 19th. As for Foothill, they have also already played their next contest, a 28-25 victory against El Toro on the 19th.
