Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Neville). Everything went their way against the Bastrop Rams on Friday as the Neville Tigers made off with a 16-1 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Neville's win bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Bastrop, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Neville Tigers duke it out with Ruston Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ruston has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.87 runs per game on average), something Neville will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Bastrop, they have already played their next game, a 22-7 defeat against Florien on the 14th.
