Football Recap: Bishop Gorman's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Seven + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bishop Gorman had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They really took it to the Arbor View Aggies for the full four quarters, racking up a 44-7 win. Considering the Gaels have won ten contests by more than 20 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Maika Eugenio produced another solid effort throwing for 324 yards and five touchdowns while completing 73.1% of his passes. He has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Zyren Menor, who picked up 78 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

When it comes to explaining why Arbor View lost, don't look at Thaddeus Thatcher. Despite the final result, he threw for 184 yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 65 yards on only five carries. A healthy portion of Thatcher's aerial production (84 yards to be exact) went to Jayden Williams.

The victory (which was Bishop Gorman's seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.3 points over those games. As for Arbor View, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.

As of now, neither Bishop Gorman nor the Aggies have any future games scheduled.
