There's no place like home for Hiwassee Dam, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 15-6 margin over the Copper Basin Cougars on Tuesday. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 7-3 victory the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

TRENTEN BEAVERS and DALTON KESTER did most of the damage at the plate: BEAVERS scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while KESTER scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Those two runs gave KESTER a new career-high. ABEL PENLAND was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
