Streetsboro is 1-7 against Hudson since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Rockets will head out on the road to face off against the Explorers at 7:30 p.m. Streetsboro is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.7 points per game this season.

On Friday, Streetsboro rang in the new year with a 63-50 victory over Aurora. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rockets.

Streetsboro's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ryan Roscoe led the charge by as he made all 7 shots he took to post 22 points. Ethan Laryea was another key player, putting up seven points along with 11 boards and eight assists.

Meanwhile, Hudson was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 55-51 to Highland. The Explorers have struggled against the Hornets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Streetsboro's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Hudson, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.

Streetsboro couldn't quite finish off Hudson in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 and fell 38-35. Can the Rockets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
