It's playoff time, and University had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Central Valley Bears 9-2 on Friday. Considering the Titans have won 14 games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

University's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Central Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

University will face off against Kennewick on Tuesday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 7.6 runs per game this season. Central Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
