Soccer Recap: Monroe Area Comes Up Short

If Monroe Area was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of West Hall last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Monroe Area came up short against the Jefferson Dragons on Tuesday, falling 9-0. Monroe Area have struggled against Jefferson recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Monroe Area's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Jefferson, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
