Volleyball Recap: Carson Starts Season with Win on the Road

Carson had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Bellflower Buccaneers 3-0. The Colts not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 10, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Carson never let Bellflower on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-23, 25-11.

Bellflower dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Carson will venture away from home to take on South East at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bellflower, they will welcome South at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
