Soccer Recap: Aquinas Academy Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, Aquinas Academy has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They came up short against the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Chargers on Thursday, falling 5-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Our Lady of the Sacred Heart this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Aquinas Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Aquinas Academy has already played their next matchup, a 4-0 win against Eden Christian Academy on the 11th. As for Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, they will challenge South Side at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
