Basketball Recap: New Haven Takes a Loss

New Haven was the 52-37 winner over Wellsville-Middletown when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The match between the New Haven Shamrocks and the Wellsville-Middletown Tigers didn't end well, with the New Haven Shamrocks falling 59-44.

New Haven dropped their record down to 4-8 with the loss, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Wellsville-Middletown, their win bumped their record up to 4-10.

New Haven will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chamois at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th. After both having extra time off, Wellsville-Middletown and Elsberry will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th.
