Volleyball Game Preview: Timberlane Owls vs. Bishop Guertin Cardinals + How To Watch

The Timberlane Owls will head out to face off against the Bishop Guertin Cardinals at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Timberlane is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last seven times Timberlane and Salem have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Wednesday. The Owls fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, Bishop Guertin faced Windham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Cardinals came out on top against the Jaguars by a score of 3-1.

Timberlane's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Bishop Guertin, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Timberlane might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Bishop Guertin when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Owls avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
