Baseball Game Preview: Nevada Blue Jays vs. Hope Bobcats

The Nevada Blue Jays will head out to take on the Hope Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hope took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Nevada, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Nevada turned things around against Bradley on Monday. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Bears. The game was the first time the Blue Jays have beaten the Bears on their field since March 12, 2019.

Meanwhile, Hope was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against De Queen, falling 10-0.

Nevada's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Hope, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.

Nevada took their victory against Hope in their previous matchup back in March of 2019 by a conclusive 16-2 score. Will the Blue Jays repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
