Softball Preview: Collins Hill Eagles vs. East Hall Vikings
The Collins Hill Eagles will venture away from home to face off against the East Hall Vikings at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Collins Hill will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.

Amari Burce made a splash no matter where she played. She struck out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Burce was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, a stolen base, and a run.
In other batting news, East Hall got a massive performance out of Kaylana Curry, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4. Kyleigh Kytle was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, East Hall kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in August of 2023.
Collins Hill pushed their record up to 4-14 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for East Hall, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-12.
