North Iredell and St. Stephens are an even 3-3 against one another since March of 2022, but likely not for long. The Raiders will be playing at home against the Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Iredell will be strutting in after a win while St. Stephens will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, North Iredell turned things around against Statesville on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Greyhounds a 15-0 shutout. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for St. Stephens' offense. They fell 4-0 to Maiden on Monday. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

North Iredell's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for St. Stephens, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Everything went North Iredell's way against St. Stephens when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as North Iredell made off with a 12-2 win. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
