Volleyball Recap: Whittier Comes Up Short

Whittier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knight Hawks.

Whittier's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Knight, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 8-11 record.

Whittier has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Costa Mesa on the 11th. As for Knight, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Ocean View on the 11th.
