The Casey County Rebels will head out to take on the North Laurel Jaguars at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Casey County turned things around against Garrard County on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Golden Lions. The Rebels not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 28th (when they won 16-1).

Emily Jeffries made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. Jeffries was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
