Volleyball Recap: Pecos Takes a Loss

Pecos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Burges Mustangs. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in August of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-12.

Pecos' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Burges, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Pecos will face off against Compass Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Burges, they will be taking part in a tournament against Kermit at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
