Volleyball Recap: Brookline Continues Road Dominance on Monday

Brookline faced Lexington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 win over the Minutemen. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on six straight.

The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 26-24, 23-25, 25-17.

When it comes to explaining why Lexington lost, don't look at Jake Siegel. Despite the final result, he had 22 assists and four digs. Siegel is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 12 or more in each of the last seven games he's played.

Brookline pushed their record up to 18-1 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road. As for Lexington, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 17-2.
