Softball Recap: Round Valley Elks vs. Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils

In what's become a running theme this season, Round Valley gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 14-2 margin over the Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils. The win made it back-to-back victories for Round Valley.

Cortnee Baca made a splash while hitting and pitching. She pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Baca has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in five consecutive pitching appearances. Baca was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBI.
