Volleyball Recap: Medway Finds Playoff Glory Versus Nauset Regional

With a playoff win on the line, Medway rose to the challenge on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Nauset Regional Warriors.

Medway walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-11, 26-28, 25-21.

Medway can attribute much of their success to Charlotte George, who had 28 digs and three aces. George is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Medway has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-10 record this season. As for Nauset Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.

Medway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Hanover on the 31st. Nauset Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
