MAIS AAA I District 2 recap Nov. 7, 2012
Jackson Prep extended the longest winning streak in MAIS AAA I District 2 this week by beating Madison Ridgeland Academy, 23-7. The win marks 12th in a row for the the Patriots.
Jackson Prep took down the Patriots 23-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Jackson Prep's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Patriots feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ryan Buchanan has thrown for 1278 yards and 17 touchdowns this season, while Hamel McGraw has 16 catches for 293 yards. McGraw leads the league in rushing with 1140 yards.
Presbyterian Christian led the league in scoring this week after putting up 32 points on Presbyterian Christian.
