Baseball Game Preview: Seneca Bobcats vs. Union City Bears

The Seneca Bobcats will take on the Union City Bears at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Seneca comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Seneca's offense. They lost 13-0 to Mercyhurst Prep on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Union City didn't have quite enough to beat Cambridge Springs two weeks ago and fell 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Bears in their meetings with the Devils: they've now lost three in a row.

Union City saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevin Capela, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

Union City's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Seneca, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.
