Basketball Recap: Lutheran East Beats Southeast for Their Ninth Straight Win

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lutheran East had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 92-45 victory over the Southeast Pirates. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Lutheran East to victory were TJ Crumble and Tyrone Harrison. Crumble dropped a double-double with 30 points and 18 rebounds, while Harrison dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten steals. The game was Crumble's sixth in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Dylan Zeigler, who posted ten points.

The win (which was Lutheran East's ninth in a row) raised their record to 19-4. As for Southeast, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

As of now, neither Lutheran East nor Southeast have any future games scheduled.
