St. John's made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,083 from 9,257. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 22-16 victory over Military Magnet Academy last week.
Cross led A Region VI in scoring this week after putting up 52 points on Lincoln. Olin Pinckney ran for 114 yards in the win.
Baptist Hill's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bobcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Troy Harrison has thrown for 1185 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while De'Angelo Frasier has 37 catches for 623 yards. Dakota Holmes leads the league in rushing with 802 yards.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when the Trojans take on Baptist Hill. Cross' offense has racked up 307 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Bobcats have allowed only 122 on the year.
A big matchup in A Region VI this week will be when Shaun Wright's team takes on Baptist Hill. At the moment, the Trojans are in first, while Marion Brown's team is in third.
There should be lots of points scored when Cross and the Bobcats face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Trojans comes in having scored 307 this season, while Baptist Hill has scored 238. Cross scored 52 points last week as it topped the Yellowjackets.
