After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grove City Christian, Briggs was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Walnut Ridge Scots by a score of 3-1. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Scots recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.
Briggs' victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Walnut Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
