Baseball Recap: Thurston Comes Up Short

Thurston had taken Romulus down for five straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. Thurston came up short against Romulus, falling 16-2. Thurston just can't catch a break and has now endured four defeats in a row.

Thurston's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Romulus, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Thurston will challenge Ypsilanti at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Romulus, they will face off against Annapolis at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
