Basketball Game Preview: West Davidson Dragons vs. Lexington Yellowjackets

West Davidson is 1-9 against Lexington since December of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The West Davidson Dragons are taking a road trip to challenge the Lexington Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

West Davidson is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 13th straight game on Friday. They fell 34-23 to Thomasville.

Meanwhile, Lexington unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They received a blow as they fell 87-71 to North Rowan.

West Davidson's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Lexington, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8.

West Davidson took a serious blow against Lexington in their previous matchup back in January, falling 85-47. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point West Davidson was down 48-21.
