Kentucky All-State Boys Basketball Team presented by Suddenlink

Bardstown senior J.J. Traynor captured 2019-20 Suddenlink Kentucky Player of the Year honors after a terrific season that saw the 6-foot-8 forward average 20.2 points and 11.2 rebounds per contest.

Traynor converted on 51.9 percent of his field goal attempts on the season, also shooting 33 percent from 3-point range.

The 4-star forward prospect led the Tigers to the region title game, finishing the season with a record of 25-9.



According to 247Sports, Traynor is regarded as the No. 83 ranked prospect in the senior class. He is signed to play in the ACC next season at Louisville.
