Volleyball Recap: Golden Gate Takes a Loss

Golden Gate lost against Neumann back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Titans came up short against the Celtics, falling 3-0. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Nikki Reinert was the offensive standout of the contest as she had seven aces and four digs. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Golden Gate now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Neumann, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Golden Gate will be taking part in a tournament against Naples at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Neumann, they will square off against Evangelical Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
