Football Recap: Modoc Comes Up Short on the Road Against Fall River

Modoc had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 34-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fall River Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Braves were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Fall River was led to victory by Raul Iniguez and Abraham Estes. Iniguez rushed for 114 yards and three touchdowns, while Estes gained 152 total yards and two touchdowns. Estes' longest reception was for an incredible 75 yards.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Modoc will head out to square off against Quincy at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th. As for Fall River, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Portola at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th.
