Soccer Recap: Lenoir City Takes a Loss

Lenoir City's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 4-1 to the Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish. If Lenoir City were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Knoxville Catholic when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lenoir City now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Knoxville Catholic, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Lenoir City challenge Pigeon Forge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Knoxville Catholic, they will take on Powell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
