Basketball Recap: Stevensville Takes a Loss

Stevensville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through an 84-10 loss at the hands of the Beaverhead County Beavers. While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 155th, while the Beavers are ranked 11th).

Stevensville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14-1. As for Beaverhead County, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Coming up, Stevensville is taking a road trip to face off against Corvallis on Friday. Beaverhead County has already played their next matchup (against Frenchtown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
