Baseball Recap: New Castle Hurricanes vs. Homer-Center Wildcats

Dominic Miller and Malik Jefferson stepped up to the plate in a big way. Miller went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two RBI, while Jefferson scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

On Homer-Center's side, Owen Saiani made a splash while hitting and pitching. He struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and only one walk).
