It's playoff time, and Seckman had no trouble coming through when it counted. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Oakville Tigers 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Thursday.

Seckman was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-21, 21-25, 25-19, 15-12.

Sarah Albers paced Seckman's offense, picking up 17 kills. Albers got some help from Meghan Holt and her 22 assists. Holt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Seckman has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8-2 record this season. As for Oakville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-17-1.

Looking ahead, Seckman will take on Jackson at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Oakville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
